I’m Maxime. I’ve worked in many different fields, both in France and abroad, before launching my entrepreneurial journey in 2022 with the creation of Baderetti Design, which brings together my interests and skills. I mainly work with small and medium-sized organizations in need of a brand identity.

I didn’t study communication nor marketing and my approach is therefore different than the models of this world. The knowledge on the ways of communicating, I learned them by experiencing them in various fields: big companies, SMB or even the artisan and working class world.
